Jose Mourinho sacked by Manchester United

Manchester United have announced the sacking of manager Jose Morinho marking his two and a half years reighn at the club.

A tweet from the club’s official page read; Manchester United has announced that Jose Mourinho has left the Club.We would like to thank him for his work during his time at Manchester United and wish him success in the future.

This comes after a series of poor results with the giant club lurking 19 points behind league leaders Liverpool.

His relationship with players was also sour with constant altercations with players like Pogba.

According to BBC, Michael Carrick has been appointed as the caretaker manager.

“A caretaker-manager will be appointed until the end of the season while the club conducts a thorough recruitment process for a new, full-time manager,”

The former Porto, Chelsea and Real Madrid Manager is rumoured to be heading back to Santiago Barnabeu to manage Real Madrid.
